Description
The 3mm PLUS Underlay is a foil-layered fan-fold board, offering a thickness of 3mm for excellent sound absorption, strength and thermal properties. It features a vapour-tight foil membrane with overlap and integrated tape to create a damp proof barrier beneath the floor. It’s ideal with underfloor heating systems. Made from recycled plastics.

Laying Instructions: Fan-Fold Underlay
Surface Preparation
- Ensure the floor is clean, dry and dust free.
- Any loose floorboards and protruding nails should be hammered down.
- If the floor is damp, it must be isolated using a vapour tight polythene damp proof membrane.
